HARLI WHITE SETS FAST TIME AND TAKES THE WIN AT WAYNESFIELD

Waynesfield, OH - "Because you asked for it....Support Local Racing" Night at Waynesfield Raceway was the 3rd visit of the Buckeye Region (NRA) of Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro & ARP. Harli White, of Lindsay Oklahoma, set fast time for the 2nd night in a row as the Ti22 Performance Fast Qualifier and moved on to lead all 25 laps in the PErfit A-Main.

White put down a lap time of 11.238 seconds, which translates to a blistering 106.8 mile per hour as her average speed around the high banked 1/3 mile track! The top 24 of the 26 cars on hand were only seperated by 8.65 tenths of a second. That's not much of a spread in time, but it does translate into a 7.8 miles per hour difference between 1st and 24th! Kyle Sauder (Archbold, OH), Tylar Rankin (Coldwater, MI), Jared Horstman (Cloverdale, OH) and Devon Dobie (Wapakoneta, OH) round out the top 5 qualifiers.

As the green flag dropped in the PErfit A-Main, Harli White jumped out front with Randy Hannagan (Pittsboro, IN) in tow! White and Hannigan came up on the back of the field quick, as in 5 laps quick. Then the show really started as White and the top ten cars started slicing and dicing through the field of cars. After a couple cautions, Harli takes the checkered flag, with "the Gas Man" Phil Gressman (Fremont, OH) and "The Hurricane" Randy Hannigan rounding out the podium.

Devon Dobie was tonight's Hoosier Racing Tires Hard Charger, starting officially 11th, slipping to 12th and then moving up and finishing 6th at the checkered flag. Eli Lakin of Buchanan, MI was tonights Engine Pro Lucky Dog!

Next week, the Wolverine Region of Great Lakes Super Sprints presented by Engine Pro & ARP will be in action for a double header. Kicking off on Friday, June 16th at Hartford Speedway and then moving on Saturday, June 17th to the "Battle Grounds" of Butler Speedway. The Buckeye Region will be back in action on Friday, June 23rd at Limaland Motorsports Park for the Tim Allision Memorial Race!
